First Ski Trip & 6 Randome Things

Her first ski tri. . .My dear friend tagged me for "6 random things". So, here goes!

KATHY'S 6 RANDOME THINGS

  1. I love taking pictures! So the only blogger I know, http://pardon-my.blogspot.com/ told me about Wordless Wednesday. It's exciting to get comments back about my pictures from people all over the world.
  2. I don't like cold weather!
  3. I just like plain things. Plain burgers and sanwichs- just meat and bread.
  4. I have 3 crazy kids ages 4, 11, and 20, who keep me mostly nuts.
  5. God and I - I've always had an inner calling to serve Him.
  6. I recently messed up my blog. I did have it set up so you could just see a pic and a few words. Then you could click "read more" IF you wanted too. But I did something and now the "read more" button isn't working. Where is the magic wand to fix it???

So who should I TAG? My most recent visitors! http://meandalvis.blogspot.com/ http://napaboaniya.wordpress.com/ http://letmebeblunt.blogspot.com/ http://maryannbever.blogspot.com/ http://twopluseight.blogspot.com/ http://eyesmindheart.blogspot.com/

Cute picture. Although all I have is a photoblog right now, I'll make an exception do the six random things. :)

Thanks for the visit and comment. I hope you don't mind if I don't play. I've been sitting here trying to think of six random things and can't. How sad is that? LOL! Maybe I'm tired.

Kathy, didn't know if you had checked back on the comments at my blog so I'm posting the answer here. Also, haven't done my six things yet.

Kathy, I love my D40. Although it has been succeeded(?) by the D40X and the D60 I would still choose it today. For one thing, it coast less than the D60. Also, Ritz Camera Online did have a deal where you could buy a D40 with the kit lens (18-55) and also get an 55-200. I think the price was $500 or $600. You check and see if they still have it.

Oh, and I saw the other comment about the D40. That's what we have and LOVE it. I have two lenses and use them (though I should start posting more pictures). I have a lot to learn but I think it's great. We got ours on Amazon and it ended up being a good deal because of the exchange rate...not sure how it compared with the Ritz. Will have to look.
